How the Gmail integration works
An authorized workspace owner explicitly connects a business Gmail account through Google's consent screen. Nothing is accessed until that connection is granted. Once connected, TairoX:
- Reads inbound support messages and their thread context.
- Syncs those messages into your tenant-isolated TairoX inbox.
- Sends user-configured or human-approved replies from the connected account.
- Applies TairoX labels for processed, ignored, and escalated conversations.
TairoX does not ingest email attachments.
How your Google data is used
Google data is used only to provide the customer-directed support workflow you request. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used for general model training.
AI subprocessors
To generate the support response you request, relevant message content may be sent to contracted AI/LLM subprocessors. This is limited to what is needed to produce the reply, with provider-side zero-data-retention / no-collection controls enabled.
Security and your control
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Tenant isolation between every workspace.
- Role-based access to limit who can see data.
- Explicit consent required before any connection.
- Revoke access anytime in TairoX or your Google Account permissions.
- Delete data through TairoX workspace and data-deletion controls.
TairoX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
